A straightforward process that saves time

Getting started is simple. Send your drawings or native CAD files and we’ll complete a quick review. Your quotation will set out price, lead time and any options such as material or finish.

Once approved, we lock tooling and workholding, programme the job and run an initial piece inspection.

During production, we keep communication clear, advising immediately if a change would improve delivery or cost.

When the job is complete, parts are packaged securely, documentation is included where applicable, and delivery is arranged by tracked courier.

Help & Support

Got questions about tolerances, files, materials or lead times? This FAQ covers what we can machine and how we quote, to finishing options, inspection reports and delivery across South Yorkshire. If you don’t see your specific query, get in touch and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Any other questions?

3D models speed things up, but we regularly reverse-engineer legacy parts from samples or develop manufacturable models from sketches and PDFs. If you’re mid-design, we’ll offer DFM suggestions before you commit to a final drawing.

Aluminium (e.g., 5083/6082), stainless steels (303/304/316), mild/tool steels, brass/bronze and engineering plastics such as acetal (POM), nylon and PEEK. If you’re undecided, we’ll recommend a material that balances strength, weight, environment and budget for your use case.

Lead time depends on complexity, quantity and finishing. As a guide, simple prototypes can be quick; multi-op/finished parts commonly run around 1–2+ weeks. If you’re on a deadline, ask about priority slots.

Absolutely. We support one-off repairs/spares, pilot runs and scheduled batch production with call-offs. Stable setups and documented processes keep repeat orders consistent.

We regularly support manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, food & beverage, medical/R&D and general maintenance.

We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA. Models and drawings are revision-controlled; only your project team has access. We’ll retain production data for repeatability and traceability unless you ask us to purge it after delivery.

We’re local to Sheffield and deliver daily across Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Chesterfield, with tracked courier shipping nationwide. If you prefer, you’re welcome to collect or book a visit to discuss parts in person.
